Gluten-Free Easy Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free All-Purpose Baking Mix
- 1 cup evaporated milk,(undiluted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie pan
- Stir all ingredients until blended.
- Pour into pie pan.
- Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Refrigerate pie.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
