Garlic New York Strip Steaks with Peach and Onion Salsa
Flavorful and tender NY Strip! Great with baked potato and a salad! Ingredients
- 2-8 ounce (each) New York Strip Steaks (1/2-3/4" thick)
- 2 tablespoons Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- several dashes Worcestershire sauce
- One Ripe Fresh Peach
- 1/4 onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- dash of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice only
Directions
- Set your grill to medium high
- Marinade your Strip Steaks 30 minutes in a re-sealable bag (add minced garlic, pepper, Worcestershire sauce) refrigerate
- Remove to room temperature and then grill to your level of doneness
- For the Peach & Onion Salsa: Peel and dice peach, add finely diced onion, parsley, oil, lemon juice, stir and refrigerate until ready to serve
- Remove from Grill, let rest before plating and serving
