Garlic, Dill and Feta Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried dillweed (or 1 tbsp fresh, minced)
- 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- cucumber slices (optional)
Directions
- Process first seven ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill for 8 hours. Serve with cucumber slices.
- (May be frozen for up to one month. Thaw in fridge for 24 hours before using.)
