    Ingredients

    • 2 lb grnd chuck
    • 1 med onion minced
    • 3 x garlic cloves chopped (3 to 4)
    • 2 can pinto beans - (15 ounce ea) rinsed, liquid removed
    • 3 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce ea)
    • 1 bot dark beer - (12 ounce)
    • 1 can beef broth - (14 1/2 ounce)
    • 1 can tomato paste - (6 ounce)
    • 1 can minced green chiles - (4 1/2 ounce)
    • 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
    • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tsp grnd cumin
    • 1 tsp grnd red pepper (1 to 2)
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp warm sauce Pickled jalapeno pepper slices for garnish

    Directions

    1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring till meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well.
    2. Combine meat mix, beans, and next 11 ingredients in Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 3 hrs or possibly till thickened. Garnish, if you like.
