Fudge Walnut Bars
Ingredients
- 2 1/3 c. chocolate protein pwdr
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/4 c. Splenda
Directions
- Heat butter and cream cheese. Fold in designer protein and Splenda. This will be stiff and hard to stir (knead with clean hands if needed). Add in walnuts and mix again.
- Place in greased bread pan. (Sprinkle additional finely minced walnuts on top if desired.) Cold. Cut into 8 servings.
- This recipe yields 8 bars; approximately 2.5 carb grams per bar.
