    Outside BBQ and I was asked to bring fruit. I had been wanting to make some fruit kabobs for a while and decided this was the time to play. I had a great time putting the skewers of fruit together and an even better time watching everyone enjoy them.

    Ingredients

    • Wooden skewers
    • Red and green seedless grapes
    • Strawberries
    • Blackberries
    • Tangelos
    • Other fruit as desired (blueberries, apples, peaches, raspberries)

    Directions

    1. Wash grapes, strawberries and blackberries.
    2. Peel tangelos and separate into small pieces.
    3. Place fruit on skewers in any order you like. They can all be alike or mix them up for variety. As you can see in my picture, I had several that were just grapes.
    4. Servings - This platter of 33 fruit kabobs was made for an outside BBQ with mostly college students. Approximately 25 were in attendance and all of the fruit kabobs were eaten.
