Fruit Grilling Sauces Bourbon Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
- (for apples)
- 1/4 c. of butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. bourbon
- 6 Tbsp. heavy cream.
Directions
- Combine the first four ingredients in a sauce pan and boil for 2 min. Off the heat, stir in the cream. Brush a bit of the sauce over the apples in the last two min of grilling, and drizzle more over the apples just before serving.
