Fruit Cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. melon (cantaloupe, kiwano, or possibly favorite) cubes
- 1/2 c. berries
- 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
- 1/2 x star fruit, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. peach slices
- 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar (use substitute for diabetics)
Directions
- Combine fruits in bowl. Combine lowfat sour cream and sugar in separate bowl. Chill.
- Top fruits with dressing just before serving.
