Fruit Cream Cheese Tarts
Ingredients
- 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Fruit pie filling or possibly fresh fruit
- 12 ready made graham cracker tart shells
Directions
- Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy. Add in condensed lowfat milk, blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fill shells about 3/4 full. Refrigerate till set (about 2 hrs). Top with fruit layer. If using fresh fruit heat appropriate jelly and spoon over fruit. Refrigerate when cool.
