Ingredients

  • 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fruit pie filling or possibly fresh fruit
  • 12 ready made graham cracker tart shells

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy. Add in condensed lowfat milk, blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fill shells about 3/4 full. Refrigerate till set (about 2 hrs). Top with fruit layer. If using fresh fruit heat appropriate jelly and spoon over fruit. Refrigerate when cool.
