Fruit And Banana Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 c. Tararua Vita Rich
- 1 x banana
- 500 gm Naturalea Herbal Echinacea, Blackcurrant & Honey lowfat yoghurt
- 1 c. fruit juice
- 1 x banana
- 1 x orange, peeled
- 1/2 c. Tararua Vita Rich
- 3 Tbsp. Naturalea Herbal Echinacea, Blackcurrant & (3 to 4) Honey Flavoured Lowfat yoghurt
Directions
- Smoothie No. 1: Place the first two ingredients in the blender and process.
- Add in the lowfat yoghurt after the banana has been blended through the Vita Rich.
- Serve
- Smoothie No. 2:Place the fruit juice with the minced banana and orange segments into the blender, blend well and then add in the remaining ingredients.
- Give it an additional whirl.
- Serve.
