Frozen Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 3 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/3 c. Coconut
- 8 ounce Cold whip*, thawed
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Graham cracker pie crust, 9
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Gradually add in lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Stir in coconut, Cold Whip and vanilla. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Let stand at room temperature 15 min till it can be cut easily. Store leftover pie in freezer.
