Frozen Citrus Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can lemonade frzn concentr (6 fluid ounce.)
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream softened
- 3 1/2 c. whipping topping thawed Yellow food coloring if you like
- 1 x graham cracker pie crust (8 inch)
Directions
- Put the concentrate in a large mixing bowl. Beat for 30 seconds.
- Gradually spoon in ice cream and blend. Mix in whipped topping and add in food coloring (if you like), whipping till smooth. Freeze if necessary, till mix will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Freeze till hard, at least 4 hrs.
