Frosted Ribbon Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 unsliced sandwich loaf
- butter, softened
- 1 c. ham salad filling
- 1 c. egg salad filling
- 1 c. tuna salad filling
- 4 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- Snipped parsley
Directions
- Slice bread lengthwise in 4 layers, trim crusts. Butter layers and spread salads on each slice. Assemble loaf, wrap in foil. Refrigerate at serving time. Beat cream cheese and lowfat milk till fluffy. Frost top and sides. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 10 slices.
