    Frosted peanut Butter are great healthy Treats any time of the year and for Halloween you can you can decorate with sprinkles or any thing your heart desires .Enjoy

    Ingredients

    • 4tbsp soft butter
    • 1/1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
    • 4 ounces crunchy peanut butter
    • 2 eggs lightly beaten
    • 1/1/2 cups flour all purpose
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/3 cup milk
    • Frosting 1 cup soft cream cheese
    • 2tbsp soft butter
    • 1 ounces confectioner sugar
    • 1tsp vanilla

    Directions

    1. Put 16 muffin paper cases in a muffin pan
    2. Put butter sugar and peanut butter in a bowl and beat till well mixed
    3. slowly add eggs
    4. then add vanilla
    5. sift in the flour
    6. baking powder and using a metal spoon fold them into the mixture ,alternating with the milk
    7. Spoon batter into paper cases
    8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
    9. Transfer to a wire rack and cool
    10. To make frosting put cream cheese and butter in a bowl
    11. and using a hand whisk beat till smooth
    12. stir in sugar ,then beat together until well mixed
    13. When cupcakes are cool spread frosting on top swirling with a a round bladed knife .Decorate any way you wish ,i love a dollop of jelly in the center of my frosting ..Store in fridge till ready to serve
