  • French Apple Dessert

    Ingredients

    • 6 c. Tart apples peel/thin slice
    • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
    • 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
    • 2 Tbsp. Margarine softened
    • 3 x Egg whites or possibly 1/2 c.
    • 1 c. Sugar
    • 1/4 c. Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
    • 1 c. Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
    • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
    • 1/3 c. Packed brown sugar
    • 3 Tbsp. Hard margarine

    Directions

    1. 1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 13x9x2" baking dish. Prepare Streusel; reserve. Spread apples in dish.
    2. 2. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 seconds; with hand beater or possibly wire whisk beat for 1 minute or possibly till smooth. Pour over applies. Sprinkle with streusel.
    3. 3. Bake about 55 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold at least 10 min. 12-15 servings.
    4. Mix (Reduced Fat)
