French Apple Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 can (14 ounce) Eagle Brand sweetened lowfat milk
- 3 med Apples, pared, cored, finely minced
- 1 3/4 c. Warm water
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. French bread cubes
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 In large bowl, beat Large eggs, add in lowfat milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or possibly till test shows doness. Cold. Serve hot with ice cream. Chill leftovers.
