- 4 x Frzn fish fillet
- 1 lrg Or possibly two small green peppers sliced
- 16 lrg Mushrooms sliced
- 12 slc Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 x Tomatoes sliced thin Oregano Sweet basil Garlic salt Black pepper Parmesan cheese Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1. 1. Brush fish fillets with extra virgin olive oil
2. 2. Sprinkle fillets with spices on all sides
3. 3. Layer on top of fish green peppers, onions, tomatoes
4. 4. Sprinkle tomatoes with all spices including parmesan cheese
5. 5. Lay Jack cheese on top to tomato
6. 6. Micro wave on high till cheese heat and fish flakes
