Fish Fillets In Coconut Cream (Ginataang Isda)
Ingredients
- 5 piece medium sized fish fillet
- 1 c. Shredded cabbage leaves
- 1 c. Coconut cream
- 1 tsp Grnd pepper
- 1 tsp Ginger root
- 1 tsp Minced red chili peppers Salt to taste
Directions
- Boil together coconut cream, fish fillet, pepper and ginger root. Cook till the fish is tender. Add in cabbage leaves and season with salt. Just before serving, add in red chili peppers. Serve warm with steamed white rice.
