Filet Mignon
Ingredients
- 6 slc fillet steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
- 6 slc bacon Pepper and salt
- 4 Tbsp. (80 g) butter
Directions
- Wrap a bacon slice around each fillet and fasten with a toothpick. Let stand at room temperature for 30 min. Sprinkle each side with pepper and place on a broiler rack.
- Spread each fillet with a little butter and cook under a pre-heated broiler for 6 to 8 min, spreading the remainder of the butter on the fillet when turned. Don't pierce the steak when turning. Season with a little salt and serve.
- Serves 6.
