Fiesta Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup - (11 ounce)
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 bag fat-free tortilla chips - (10 ounce) Minced tomato as needed Sliced green onions as needed Sliced Vlasic or possibly Early California pitted ripe olives as needed Minced green and/or possibly red pepper as needed
Directions
- In a small saucepan, mix soup and water. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often.
- Serve over tortilla chips. Top with tomato, onions, olives, and pepper. If you like, garnish with green onion.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Serving size: 1/6 recipe.
