  • Favorite French Dressings

    Collected from church or junior league cookbooks. All delicious.

    Ingredients

    • Granny's:
    • 2/3 cup ketchup
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup vinegar
    • 1/2 cup veggie oil
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 2 tsp. paprika
    • 1 tbs. Worcesterchire
    • 1/4 cup blue cheese
    • Aunt Mae's:
    • 1 1/2 cups veggie oil
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • Campbell's
    • 1 can tomato soup
    • 1 cup veggie oil
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 tbs. Worcestershire
    • 1 tbs. salt
    • 1/2 cup vinegar
    • 1 tsp. Colman's mustard
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 2 clove garlic, chopped
    • Honey:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 tbs. honey
    • 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice or wine vinegar
    • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    • 2 tsp. chili sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Colman's mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. Hungarian paprika
    • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    • dash tabaso, or to taste

    Directions

    1. Use a blender for these dressings, which contain onion, except Honey French Dressing.
