Fast & Easy Chile-Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 oz. can of whole green chile's
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Grease an 8" x 8" baking dish and arrange the chiles in a single layer. Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients together until smooth and pour over the top. Bake about 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out almost clean.
