Egg And Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb mild sausage
- 6 slc of bread, toasted
- 6 x Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Brown the sausage and drain. Cut each slice of bread into 4 slices. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, and seasonings. Layer half the sausage, toast, and cheese.
- Pour half the egg mix over the toast. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. Can make up the night before and bake in the morning.
