Ingredients

  • 1 lb mild sausage
  • 6 slc of bread, toasted
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain. Cut each slice of bread into 4 slices. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, and seasonings. Layer half the sausage, toast, and cheese.
  2. Pour half the egg mix over the toast. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. Can make up the night before and bake in the morning.
