Easy Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 6 lg. green peppers
- 4 servings cooked rice
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- In large skillet, brown beef with onions and diced tops of green peppers. Drain and return to pan. Add in rice and 8 oz can of tomato sauce plus 1/4 can of water, simmer. Boil rinsed and seeded peppers for 10 min or possibly till slightly limp. Arrange in glass baking dish, stuff and pour 16 oz can of tomato sauce over peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
