Easy Strawberry Shortcake
Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries, partially thawed
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 carton Cold Whip
Directions
- Break cake into pcs. Place in 9"x13" dish. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add in berries to gelatin, stirring constantly till gelatin thickens. Quickly mix in Cold Whip. Pour over cake. Chill.
