I like this recipe because I dont like cooking with wine and I am not a big mushroom fan. I used chicken bouillon and hot water in place of chicken/beef broth and I didn't add any salt because the bouillon had enough.

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
    • 1/2 medium onion diced
    • 2 cloves of garlic minced
    • 1 tsp thyme
    • 4 cups beef or chicken broth
    • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tbsp ground or prepared mustard
    • 2 tbsp parsley
    • 1 package egg noodles
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 oz cream cheese softened
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tbsp McCormick Montreal steak seasoning

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet over medium high heat add olive oil or butter saute onions and garlic until fragrant about 3 minutes
    2. Add hamburger cook until it is no longer pink. Drain grease or fat. Return to heat and
    3. Add broth, egg noodles, spices, Worcestershire sauce, mustard cook until noodles are al dente.
