Easy one pot Hamburger beef stroganoff
Prep: 15 min Cook: 30-45 min Servings: 4by Candice Goodyear54 recipes>I like this recipe because I dont like cooking with wine and I am not a big mushroom fan. I used chicken bouillon and hot water in place of chicken/beef broth and I didn't add any salt because the bouillon had enough. Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 4 cups beef or chicken broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ground or prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 package egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp McCormick Montreal steak seasoning
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium high heat add olive oil or butter saute onions and garlic until fragrant about 3 minutes
