Easy Key Lime Pie
Easy Key Lime Pie is a quick (20) minute recipe for a delicious, creamy pie. The only cooking will be for the gelatin. It is made with key lime yogurt, lime gelatin, whipped topping and poured into a ready-made graham cracker crust. It is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low carbohydrates, low cholesterol, low sodium, low sugars, heart-healthy, diabetic and Weight Watchers SmartPoints recipe. Ingredients
- 1 (.3 oz) box sugar-free lime gelatin
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 (6 oz) containers Key lime yogurt
- 1 (8 oz) tub frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (8") reduced-fat graham cracker crust
Directions
- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
