The Best Key Lime Pie
This key lime pie is melt in your mouth creamy, sweet, and just the right amount of tart. It's taste tested approved! Ingredients
- 2 (19 inch) prepared graham cracker pie crusts
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime juice
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 cups whipped cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, lime juice, eggs, and lime zest. Whip until mixture is smooth with no lumps. Divide evenly into each pie crust.
- Bake pies for 25 minutes in preheated oven. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, top with whipped cream and serve chilled.
