Easy Cornbread
Ingredients
- 2 x (8.5 oz) pkgs. corn Muffin mix
- 1 x 8 oz can cream-style Corn
- 2 lrg Large eggs Or possibly 4 egg whites Or possibly equivalent egg Substitute
- 1/2 c. Plain, nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 c. Shredded, reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 x To 1/2 c. low fat lowfat milk
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir till just moistened. Pour into a lightly greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 400 F for 17-20 min or possibly till golden brown.
