Easy Chocolate Truffle Pie
Ingredients
- 10 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour Cold Whip Whipped Topping grated chocolate
Directions
- Heat chocolate with whipping cream in microwave on MEDIUM for 3 minutes. Stir till smooth; cold slightly.
- BEAT in Large eggs, sugar and flour. Pour into a lightly greased 9 in. pie plate.
- BAKE at 325 F for 35 minutes or possibly till outer half is puffed and centre is slightly soft; cold. Serve with a dollop of thawed Cold Whip Whipped Topping and grated chocolate.
