Easy Chocolate Cream Cheese Icebox Pie
Five minute prep chocolate pie using 6 ingredients. Ingredients
- 9 " baked pie shell or graham cracker crust - see links
- 4 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate squares, or 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temp
- 2 -3 tbs. sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- Topping; Cool Whip, chocolate shavings
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a low heat.
- Add the sugar, milk and cream cheese.
- Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip, blend well, pour in the pie shell.
- Refrigerate 6 hours or more.
