  • Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie

    Two of my favorite things combined into one pie!

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
    • 1/2 c. peanut butter
    • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
    • 4 ounce. container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
    • 1 chocolate - flavored crumb pie shell or graham cracker crumb pie shell
    • 2 tbsp. coarsely minced peanuts
    • Chocolate syrup (optional)

    Directions

    1. In a large mixer bowl combine cream cheese and peanut butter; beat with an electric mixer till combined.
    2. Add in powdered sugar and lowfat milk; beat till combined.
    3. Mix in whipped topping. Spoon into the pie shell.
    4. Sprinkle with peanuts.
    5. Cover and refrigerate in the freezer for 15 min.
    6. Cut into wedges; top with chocolate -syrup, if you like.

      I really liked this recipe but lose the peanuts and peanut butter.

        never use with honey nut crust.
