Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie
Two of my favorite things combined into one pie! Ingredients
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 4 ounce. container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 chocolate - flavored crumb pie shell or graham cracker crumb pie shell
- 2 tbsp. coarsely minced peanuts
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Directions
- In a large mixer bowl combine cream cheese and peanut butter; beat with an electric mixer till combined.
- Add in powdered sugar and lowfat milk; beat till combined.
- Mix in whipped topping. Spoon into the pie shell.
- Sprinkle with peanuts.
- Cover and refrigerate in the freezer for 15 min.
- Cut into wedges; top with chocolate -syrup, if you like.
