Easy Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 chicken breast halves, skin and fat removed
Directions
- Stir all ingredients, except chicken, together in a baking dish or possibly pan. Add in chicken pcs and turn a few min to coat well. With flesh side down in sauce, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 min. Makes 2 servings containing 160 calories and 6 grams of fat per serving.
