  • Easy Chicken Pot Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing, chicken flavor
    • 1/4 c. butter, cut into pcs
    • 1 1/2 c. warm water
    • 1 can condense cream of chicken soup
    • 1 c. lowfat milk
    • 3 c. cut up cooked chicken or possibly turkey, about 16 ounce.
    • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. Birds Eye mixed vegetables
    • 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves

    Directions

    1. Place contents of vegetables, seasoning packets and butter into bowl. Add in water to partially melted butter. Add in stuffing crumbs. Stir gently to mix.
    2. Mix soup and lowfat milk in 2 qt casserole. Stir in chicken, vegetables, and thyme. Spoon stuffing over chicken mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till warm and bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
