Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 4 boiled Large eggs, grated or possibly minced
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, liquid removed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions
- Layer chicken, onion and egg in a large greased casserole dish. Mix soups, broth and canned vegetables. Pour proportionately over chicken mix.
- Mix lowfat milk, mayonnaise and flour; spread proportionately over soup mix for crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till crust is golden.
