Easy Cheesy Lemon Bars
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. lemon frosting mix
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Large eggs
Directions
- Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg till moist. Pat into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together frosting mix and cream cheese. Save 1/2 c. of this for topping. To the big part add in 2 Large eggs and beat 3 to 5 min. Spread onto cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Cold and spread with 1/2 c. reserved frosting mix (add in a little water, if necessary for easier spreading.)
