Easy Cheesy Cornbread
You can use any cheese you like! Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. cream corn
- 1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Beat egg and cream corn together.
- Add in muffin mix and stir gently.
- Add in half the cheese and pour into preheated, greased iron skillet. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
