  • Easy Cheesy Bacon Eggs And Potatoes

    Ingredients

    • 2 pkt potatoes au gratin - (11 1/2 ounce ea) defrosted according to package directions
    • 6 x strips bacon cooked, liquid removed, and crumbled
    • 5 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten
    • 2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 c. minced green onions Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine potatoes au gratin, bacon, Large eggs, cheese and green onions in a large bowl; transfer to 8-inch-square baking pan.
    3. Bake for 40 to 45 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Season with grnd black pepper.
    4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
