- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 English muffin, split, toasted
- 1 slice 2% American or 2% sharp Cheddar cheese singles
- 1 slice cooked turkey bacon, cut crosswise in half
Directions
- Cook egg product in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.
- Fill muffin with egg, cheese and bacon.
