Easy Black Bean And Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 can of black beans, liquid removed & rinsed
- 1 can mexicali corn or possibly regular Corn kernels
- 1 jar of favorite salsa Fresh cilantro Fresh lime Cumin to taste
Directions
- Drain & rinse corn & beans & combine. Add in about 1 c. of salsa, depending on how runny you like it. Fold in about 2 Tablespoons of minced cilantro, juice of 1 lime & about 1 teaspoon of cumin. You can also add in minced onion & green pepper.
- Serve as a dip with tortillas or possibly as a side dish.
