Easy Baked Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 5 slices bread, broken up
- 1 can (14 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 can onion soup
- Sage & seasonings to taste
Directions
- Soak bread in milk. Mix hamburger, bread, sage and seasonings.
- Shape into balls. Put in a large baking pan. Pour soups over meatballs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meatballs are brown.
