Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 5 slices bread, broken up
  • 1 can (14 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • Sage & seasonings to taste

Directions

  1. Soak bread in milk. Mix hamburger, bread, sage and seasonings.
  2. Shape into balls. Put in a large baking pan. Pour soups over meatballs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meatballs are brown.
