Easy And Tasty Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend soup, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake about 1 hour. Remove cover; bake 15 min longer.
