Earth Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. Boiling water or possibly apple juice
• 1 c. Oats
• 4 ounce Margarine
• 1 1/2 c. Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 c. White sugar
• 1 c. Brown sugar (packed)
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1/2 x To 1 c. raisins
• 1/2 x To 1 c. minced nuts (can be a mix of nuts)
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Ginger
• 1 tsp Cloves
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 tsp Rum or possibly rum flavoring
• 1 tsp Brandy or possibly brandy flavoring
• 3/4 c. Sesame seeds Some poppy seeds
