  • Double Peanut Butter Fudge Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 2 cups all purpose biscuit baking mix
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 tsp red colored sugar
    • 1/2 tsp green colored sugar

    Directions

    1. Heat the oven to 375.
    2. Beat the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
    3. Beat in the baking mix and vanilla
    4. Stir in the peanut butter chips
    5. Set aside.
    6. Stir together the granulated sugar and the colored sugars in a small bowl.
    7. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls
    8. Roll in the sugar
    9. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets
    10. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass
    11. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until very lightly browned
    12. Do Not Overbake
    13. Cool slightly
    14. Remove to wire rack and cool completely
    15. Store in a tightly covered container
