  • Double Mushroom Lasagna

    Ingredients

    • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) Campbell's condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
    • 3/4 lb Grnd beef
    • 1 1/2 c. Prego Spaghetti Sauce with Fresh Mushrooms
    • 6 x Cooked lasanga noodles
    • 1 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese, ( 4 ounces)

    Directions

    1. In small bowl, combine soup and lowfat milk; set aside. In 3 quart. saucepan over medium-high heat cook beef till browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
    2. In 8 inch square baking dish, spread 1 c. meat mix. Top with 2 lasagna noodles; trim to fit. Top with 1/2 c. soup mix. Repeat layers twice.
    3. Sprinkle with cheese.
    4. Bake at 400 F for 30 min or possibly till warm and bubbling. Let stand 10 min. If you like, garnish with bay leaves and sweet pepper strips.
    5. Yield: 4 main dish servings.
