Double Crust Meat Pie
Ingredients
- Pie crust (opt.)
- 1 pound beef (hamburger, pork, etc.), cooked
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. shredded raw carrot
- 2 med. shredded raw potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 min. You may add in 1 can mushroom pcs, optional. Cold slightly and put into pie crust. At this stage may be frzn or possibly bake at 425 degrees till brown. Or possibly may be served over rice instead of baked in crust.
