Dipping Sauce For Steamed Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ginger, finely minced
- 2 x cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and let set in the refrigerator for at least 30 min (the longer the better). Bring to room temperature before serving.
